About the Founder
I’m Rob McCutcheon, founder of Northway Consulting Group. My career spans logistics, financial services, and operational strategy, working with organizations that rely on precision, efficiency, and strong decision‑making to succeed.
Across my roles, I’ve helped teams:

Identify and optimize revenue opportunities
Build scalable systems and improve operational efficiency
